    Undertaking (On Stamp Paper) I _______________________ Designation__________________ hereby undertake that: I have been authorized to sign this application on behalf of M/s ___________________________________________________________; That the [Company Name] shall use the short code as authorized by PTA; That the allocated short code will be used for sending SMS only by the [Company Name]; and the [Company Name] shall not send SMS during night hours; That the [Company Name] shall not use the short code for Lucky Draw Schemes /Game of Chance etc.; [Company Name] after having the short code allocated by PTA shall sign the agreement with Cellular Mobile Operator(s) for provision of its Content Based Services and shall provide copy of the same to PTA before start of its services commercially. Moreover, [Company Name] will establish IT interface with Do Not Call Registers (DNCR) installed by CMOs; [Company Name] shall ensure that its system do not transmit SMS/Calls to those subscribers who do not want to receive unsolicited/marketing SMS/Calls, without the consent of the subscriber. Moreover, Content Based Services offered through this short code will be Opt-in Service and SMS/Calls shall be restricted to Closed User Group i.e. users who will Opt-in for the Content Based Services offered through this short code.

    [Company Name] shall ensure controlling Spamming, Unsolicited Calls and Obnoxious Communication. [Company Name] shall meet the minimum requirements for Anti-Spam Solutions as laid down in Protection from SPAM, unsolicited, Fraudulent & Obnoxious Communication Regulations 2009;

    [Company Name] will not offer any Prize/Inami/Promotional Scheme to their subscribers. Moreover, [Company Name] shall refrain from falsely claiming that the service is able to facilitate winning in Lucky Draw/Game of chance;

    [Company Name] shall abide by the Conditions/Clauses laid down in Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-Organization) Act 1996, Rules, Regulations and Orders issued by the Authority from time to time.
