The DISPATCH NextGen mine management solution, available for surface mines, allows customers to implement specific production strategies using an extensive set of mining tools. Using state-of-the-art field hardware and communications software, the DISPATCH system delivers enhanced productivity and increased efficiency through proven fleet optimization. With 30 years of acceptance for its optimization algorithm, Modular has installed DISPATCH systems at nearly 200 mining operations worldwide, and is considered the industry standard for mine management software.
The DISPATCH Underground system is the only fully integrated mine management technology for underground operations. Managing the performance of key mine assets, the DISPATCH Underground application features rugged field computer components designed for harsh underground mining environments. The system supports all major underground mining methods and processes, providing tools for inventory and material movement, crew management, fleet monitoring, and location management. Integrating with existing underground communications networks and using new Store&Forward technology, the DISPATCH Underground system ensures reliable and successful data, monitoring, and communications transfers between equipment operators and central control.

Since its first release in 2004, MineCare software has reduced fleet maintenance costs through real-time equipment health management. Remote condition monitoring, trending, maintenance histories, and operational data provide maintenance teams with information critical to optimizing fleet availability. Increased production and reduced cost-per-ton are directly attributable to maintenance savings generated by the MineCare system. Operator training opportunities are identified by correlating interface data to indicate signs of equipment abuse. Calculating downtime by component and evaluating common failures with root cause analysis tools, the MineCare maintenance management system truly delivers reliability-centered maintenance.

Modular has cooperative relationships with all major OEM equipment manufacturers to provide unparalleled levels of asset health monitoring. The ModularReady label ensures a seamless interface between your 3rd-party system and IntelliMine products. Over 100 interfaces provide thousands of parameters to issue payload readings, automate haul cycle events, issue OEM and user-defined alarms, and analyze trends that indicate impending equipment failure. ModularReady interfaces provide the ability to aggregate min, max, and average parameter readings, streaming them to central applications such as MineCare for use in RCM analysis. No other mining applications offer the level of OEM data provided by IntelliMine products.

The GPS technology in the ProVision family powers revolutionary applications for machine guidanceoffering enhanced safety, innovative reporting and immediate operator feedback, while highlighting opportunities for improvement initiatives and reducing operating costs. Realize immediate benefits through controlled bench grades and reduced rehandle. Improved blast-hole planning and visibility of current ore boundaries eliminate the need for manual survey activities. ProVision technology is available for excavators, loaders, backhoes, drills, and dozers.
Accurate Production Tracking at an Affordable Price

Leveraging low-precision GPS receivers and reading payload data from ModularReady interfaces, the ShiftBoss application delivers a completely automated experience for equipment operators and requires no one in the control room. Powerful reporting capabilities on industry standard platforms provide a paperless solution to manual production tracking. The ShiftBoss production tracking system includes a central application, rugged field hardware, and is compatible with standard 802.11 networks.
Improve Awareness Beyond Production Equipment

From identifying incorrect behavior to locating resources during emergencies, the RoadMap system addresses key safety concerns surrounding light vehicles. The RoadMap position and safety tracking system monitors light vehicles on site, providing real-time awareness of changing mine site conditions. Visitors and contractors are issued handheld PDAs that provide up-to-the-minute information about hazards, speed limits, restricted areas, road network changes, and much more. The entire system is centrally managed, and uses industry standard hardware and software platforms to augment safety through improved awareness.
Turbocharge your Communications Network

The MasterLink network delivers high bandwidth data rates on rugged mobile hardware designed specifically for open-pit mining. Intensive graphics and video, real-time asset health data, equipment location monitoring, and machine guidance applications are all enabled through the MasterLink network. As access points are added or relocated, automatic reconfiguration ensures that communication and coverage are not interrupted. All MasterLink systems utilize industry standard 802.11 technology and offer system diagnostic and interfacing capabilities, secure data transfer, and rugged solar-powered trailers with cold weather ratings.
