1. Why is there need for educational planning?

Answer: It simply because educational planning helps us to determine what is needed and to be needed in school organization and yet we can identify the development of the educational system. And this planning is an instrument or a guide that can lead us to the right direction of the different components of educational system. Through this we can easily know what is the cause and effect of the problem in educational system and we can easily resolve the problem because of this. 2. As a planner/administrator, how do you understand the term educational development? Suggest other facets of educational development. Answer: As a planner someday, my own understanding in educational development is a process of education that can develop the learning of a person, groups, peers or the society. Through these changes the person (students, teacher) will expand her/his learning. And also promoting lifelong learning that can conduct all in-school and out-of-school. The other facet of Educational development is the teacher-student learning, the student will be engaged to the discussion of the teacher and the teacher will be used the collaborative learning so that the student will have a motivation to learn.

3. What may bring about a feasible and workable educational development plan in your region/division/district/institution? Answer: The educational development plan in our institution is a longterm/perspective plan. 4. What do you think is the ideal approach to be used as basis of a planning activity in your area? Why? Answer: I think the ideal approach to be used as basis of a planning in our area is socio-cultural approach because its easily to analyze what are the common problem and the development of the said area.
