Central NPO TEAM, Gurgoan for Bharati AIRTEL LTE PROJECT Aug12 to Present

Customer handling at HQ for all the discussions on RNP as per the RFP, understanding customer requirements /Roll out Strategies, address customer queries related to RNP & accordingly preparing the solutions for them including:-. Preparing the LTE TDD Link Budgets as the per the RFP floated by the customer Generating the LTE TDD Nominal plans using UniPOS CNP-TL V12.40 for different planning strategies like different cell wise configuration of 2T2R & 4T4R, different TDD frame configurations, different Antenna & feeder types & various cell loading. Preparing the design document for the customer as per the solution agreed with them. Generating RSRP,RSRQ, UL throughput,DL throughput & CINR Coverage prediction plots & coverage statistics with respect to different categories like %age of the Clutter covered with different signals (RSRP,RSRQ,CINR,UL & DL throughput), Coverage Statics with respect to small clusters or complete city boundary. Planning of LTE TDD PRACH parameters, LTE TAC planning, LTE PCI Planning, Cell ID planning & neighbor cell Planning with UniPOS CNP-TL V12.40

Successfully done nominal planning and frequency planning for Himachal, Bihar, NESA, Orissa and optimized 250 sites of Assam within 15 days of span and launch the N/W FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Received appreciation Letter from GM Planning and Quality-STEL for completing last phase of STEL green field project and meeting the targets on KPI's as per the mutually decided values.
