Duties
o Accountable for service level definition, targets, polices, remedial, service level
availability, service valuation, development, maintaining and monitoring for all vendor
SLA’s, UC’s.
o Accountable for maintaining and managing all legal issues, claims, conflicts for all
project service agreements and service level agreements.
o Accountable for developing, maintaining & monitoring internal SLA’s, OLA’s, service
availability, service continuity.
o Consulted as member of all vendor evaluation, selection processes
o Consulted for preparation and review of RFI’s, RFP’s, technical vendor proposals
o Consulted for gathering requirements, baseline analysis and gap analysis.
o Responsible of developing service portfolio, service catalogue
o Responsible for developing service target levels for all IT services in the department
