I am a high-energy, enthusiastic and reliable management professional with over 9 years of project management experience and 16 years of
business and operations management experience in the defense, financial and retail markets providing business solutions that focus on
application of tools, processes and human capital to help bring control and clarity to complex projects and programs. Solutions range from
large-scale, multi-million dollar billing system project in the financial market, multi-billion dollar software integration projects within the
department of defense to management and oversight of retail store/distribution operations. I have a strong instinctive sense. A risk taker, able

Project and Program Management
I furnished operational and business development services to a "Gold Site" customer ensuring timely delivery of first rate project management
support by bringing to bear solid project management processes, tools and human capital. Cultivated and sustained strong business
relationships with customer-base ensuring premier customer service. Thus, securing a $14.5 million five-year blanket purchase agreement
contract, while also supplying business development support to help drive business unit targets.
Professional Development
I acted as the integrator between corporate professional development team and Army Materiel Command and other major customers taking
them through the various phases of implementing a Lean Six Sigma training program and several Microsoft Project Professional, Server and
Web Access training courses at the customer location.
Solutions Development
Assisted in the overall development of a software tool, an SQL database, which enabled the PEO C3T community to track, analyze and
mitigate software development issues. This tool-set helped the customer realize a ninety percent reduction of approximately 255 category one
and two software problem reports (SPR) over a six-month period. Thus, enabling the customer to meet necessary entrance criteria to a major
developmental test event.

Operations Consultant – Reporting to Chief Operating Officer
Operating as a 1099 consultant directly supporting the companies CEO, COO and VP of Sales I focused a great deal of my effort on
developing a reporting structure, writing policies and implementing standard operating procedures to gradually establish supplementary
structure into this growing information technology consultancy. I worked directly with account managers to develop this area. I also was
responsible for writing proposals. The most significant of which was a Johnson and Johnson Electronic Content Management and Hosting
solution. This was a $3M dollar contract, which was awarded, and Stellar is currently delivering on.

Operations Specialist - Operations
As the Operations Deputy, I reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a $100 million engineering and logistics firm. From an
operational view, I was responsible for overall care and feeding of a staff consisting of over 700 engineers, logisticians, business analysts and
warehouse personnel in the execution of delivering first-rate services to multiple customers ranging from Department of the U.S. Army to
Acquisition Corps Project Managers. After winning a $90 million/4 year contract, I played an integral role in transitioning over 100 personnel
from their existing organizations to Engineering Solutions and Products, Inc by contacting, negotiating salary and benefits packages and
closing hiring process. Assisted COO with proposal writing, cost estimates, contracts, security issues and process improvement within
corporate office.

creating marketing campaigns and materials. I developed a thought leadership approach for BRAC-related service offerings. Developed an
integrated plan, process, and schedule for related activities to ensure communication and reuse across all Defense Group sites. I maximized
business opportunities by integrating customer activity from losing/gaining/realigning BRAC scenarios. Developed a BRAC team from
existing and where appropriate consultancy resources to assist in the bids and proposals process and development of the "Win Themes" as we
pursued new business. Coordinated efforts with Marketing and Project Management Leadership to create and package a PMO-centric solution
around BRAC opportunities.
