Customer complaints by logging Call via Phone & Mails with assigned Priorities and Followed end to end process to close the Call. Answering phone calls, recording incidents, providing resolution, escalating if necessary and closing request per the established SLA. All mails to be read thoroughly and replied to all the concerned in case of escalation. Obtain necessary information from users to adequately describe the request or problem reported and put it into the tracking tool. Generating the tickets and aligning the Engineer of Concerned Team to solve the issue encountered. Coordinating with engineer, as well as with user for the update of the call. Closing the ticket ID with the proper resolution method followed by engineer to troubleshoot the issue. Taking the user acknowledgement before closing the ticket ID. Check and generate the Shift report, Daily call report, Monthly call report Interacting with the Top label management for the critical issues encountered. Install and configure Operating Systems: XP basic and XP pro, Windows Vista and Windows 7 Knowledge In: Setting up Wireless NIC, Local and Network Printer Setting and Configuration. MS Outlook, Outlook Express Configuration, Backup and Restore Process. Remote Management through Team Viewer,VNC Remote Desktop ,& Net meeting to solve Windows and Software issue Installation,
Technical Skill: Knowledge of Desktop / Network Hardware Components Installation, Up gradation and Troubleshooting. Work on Experience of Windows XP & Windows 7/ 8 Installation, Customization and Troubleshooting in Different Vendors Product (Desktop / Laptop). Installation & configuration of LAN Network in Windows Environment (Win XP, VISTA and Win7 Etc.) Fault finding & trouble shooting of Monitor, SMPS, and Mother Board.
