BUILDING PLAN
The faade of the building is mainly made of stone instead of brickwork. The stones are coated with plaster and a rough texture is provided to the stones.
The entire campus is constructed out of brick masonry walls.
The areas around the openings are coated in rough kota stones and slate. The remaining wall of the exterior masonry wall surfaces is plastered with stone washed grit. Coarse stone masonry retaining walls are used for creating terraces and steps on various levels in the courts. Reinforced concrete is used for the internal frame structure. Lintels are left with exposed concreting spaces.
Corridors are the connecting tunnels between the closed and open spaces.
CIRCULATION
There are stepped corridors at various places which are open from the two sides and just sheltered on top.
A few corridors have natural lighting provided alternatively.
ELEMENTS OF DESIGN
