I also understand that the 1overnment of the U& is not a nation as I thought it was, occupying a geographical location, ut instead merely a corporation with de.facto authority, rather than lawful. This corporation can only ma-e corporate2contract law that has the force of law only upon its consenting mem ers. 'rom my research, the $law of the land,% is the peaceful common law, which is not influenced y acts and statutes. Under common law, the rights, freedoms, and duties of private individuals have long een esta lished and unli-e statute law, common law has had a progression towards more freedom and personal responsi ility rather than less. Among the rights and freedoms understood y common law are such things as the rights to life, li erty, the pursuit of happiness, property and use thereof, privacy, peace, and the a ility to travel freely in pu lic without harassment or intimidation. The o ligations and duties of those living under common law are essentially to ensure that one does not infringe or allow others to infringe upon those unaliena le rights and freedoms.I have also learned

that the rights of a free spiritual eing cannot e lawfully limited without consent, as that would imply slavery. 3ffectively, rights are not estowed upon one y another unless the first gives his2her consent, or the first is the lawful property of the second.
