for all key operated locks include a combinated core and one
operating key. Orders for users outside the continental United
States will be by quotation from the nternational Department to
cover any additional import duties, freight, communications, and
insurance cost.
ORDERS: Stanley Security Solutions, nc (Stanley) reserves
the right to decline orders in which the price or quantity of goods
is not satisfactory. Stanley will not be bound to !ll any orders
unless or until they have been accepted at the ndianapolis

SPECIAL ORDERS: Any modi!cation to a standard product
con!guration is considered a special order. No credits will
be issued for returned special orders unless authorized by
Customer Service (800) 711-6814.
PHONE ORDERS: Accuracy of phone orders will be
determined by receipt of a written con!rmation or acceptance of
our acknowledgment.
INCOMPLETE ORDER: An incomplete order is one that is
not fully speci!ed according to the appropriate nomenclature
required for that product. Any incomplete order will not be
entered and will be referred to the appropriate Stanley Sales
Representative for resolution.
Hardware scheduIe: A hardware schedule is a listing of all
builders hardware items related to a particular construction
job. t is approved by the architect, then submitted to dealers,
bidders, and contractors. An acceptable hardware schedule
of BEST products is one in which the material ordered is
compatible for installation as required in the schedule.
SAMPLES: Please contact your local Stanley Distribution
Development Manager (DDM) for sample requests.
CANCELLATIONS: After orders are entered for manufacturing,
cancellations cannot be accepted without our permission, and
may be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 30% of
the purchased price.
MINIMUM CHARGE: The expense of handling an order
necessitates a minimum charge of $50.00 net per invoice.
TERMS: 2% discount (15) days net 30. Stanley reserves
the right to add a service charge to all invoices past due.
nternational sales are accepted with a con!rmed irrevocable
letter of credit.
DELIVERY: We endeavor to make prompt shipment of all
orders, but we shall not be held responsible for any loss or
damage resulting from delay in !lling orders due to causes
beyond our control, including delivery of material to us.
ALL ORDERS WLL BE FLLED AT PRCES N EFFECT AT
THE TME OF ORDER.
FREIGHT ALLOWANCES: All shipments are F.O.B. factory via
carrier Stanley selects. Goods in transit are at the risk of the
buyer. Single or combined shipments including Stanley lock
sets, exit devices, and door closers will be considered for free
freight with orders at or above $6,000 net (product combination
must be on same purchase order). These freight terms apply
only to a single destination within the contiguous United States.
MASTERKEYING: Stanley Masterkey Policies and Services
can be found at www.bestaccess.com.
EXPORT REGULATIONS: Purchaser agrees to conform to,
and abide by, the export laws and regulations of the United
States, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration
Act of 1979 as amended and its implementing regulations.
Diversion contrary to US laws and regulations is prohibited.
CLAIMS: All claims due to errors or defects must be submitted,
in writing, within 30 days after receipt of goods. When Stanley is
responsible, adjustments will be made.

PROPER INSTALLATION: Current installation instructions
for any BEST product should be carefully followed for proper
operation of the installed unit. f improperly installed, malfunction
of the unit may result.
BACK CHARGES: Stanley is not responsible for, does not
authorize, and will not accept any back charges for the cost of
any labor or material incurred by anyone other than Stanley for
any repair, service, installation or replacement unless approved
with Stanley's prior written consent.
RETURNED GOODS: All materials returned to Stanley for
any reason, must have a correct Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number applied to the outside of the shipping carton. A
re-stocking charge of 30% of the purchase price will be applied
to the customer's account. Transportation charges of returned
goods must be prepaid by the customer. All goods must be
returned within 60 days of RGA issue date. All goods must be
returned in original packaging and be in resalable condition.
Product not returned in saleable condition is subject to disposal
by Stanley with no credit issued. Use fax number 888-214-1918
for returned goods authorization only.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Except as otherwise provided below, STANLEY warrants that all
Products manufactured by STANLEY and sold under its trade
names "Omnilock are free of defects in materials, workmanship
and operation, normal wear and tear excepted, for a period
of one (1) year from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
The liability of STANLEY under this warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement of any Product covered by the warranty.
Written notice of a claim under this warranty should be mailed
to STANLEY SECURTY SOLUTONS, P.O. Box 50444,
ndianapolis, N 46250. The notice should include information
as to the identity of the Product and its defect along with a
customer contact name, company name, address, and phone
number. STANLEY will then provide shipping directions, with
all shipping charges prepaid by you. STANLEY will then cause
the Product to be examined and, if found defective and covered
under this warranty, will repair or replace said Product at the sole
discretion of STANLEY. Warranty service shall only be provided
in the United States.
Software
Omnilock OM/OP2000 Software and Omnilock WAMS
Software Warranty - STANLEY warrants that all CD ROM
and software keys shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship and will function in substantial accordance to
the speci!cations for a period of one (1) year from the date of
installation.
Speci!c Limitations of Omnilock OM/OP2000 Software and
Omnilock WAMS Software Warranty
The warranty for all Omnilock OM/OP2000 Software and
Omnilock WAMS Software Warranty Products does not cover,
free-of-charge, any post-sales technical support during the
warranty under the following circumstances:
Calls from sub-contractors not authorized by STANLEY
Problems caused by misuse of software or hardware.
Failure to provide a network connection or site phone line for a
modem connection, if deemed necessary by STANLEY.
Technical support for third party software or hardware
products.
Technical support for network software products.
GENERAL LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
This warranty speci!cally excludes, and STANLEY shall not be
held responsible for, damage caused by Product malfunction or
failure attributable to acts of God, improper use or installation,
poor or no maintenance, work performed by other than an
Authorized STANLEY technician; failure to follow STANLEY's
operating instructions or environmental speci!cations,
modi!cation, vandalism, shipping and/or handling, improper
storage, accident, abuse or any other cause not within the
control of STANLEY other than ordinary wear and tear.
STANLEY provides no warranty or guarantee that its cores and/
or cylinders will function properly or be mechanically compatible
with products not manufactured by STANLEY.

Except as otherwise provided above, STANLEY makes no
warranty, express or implied, with regard to third party hardware
or software and expressly disclaims the implied warranties or
conditions of merchantability or , merchantable quality, !tness
for a particular purpose, title, infringement and those arising
by statute or otherwise in law. Customer's sole recourse
for warranty claims is with the manufacturer of the Product.
However, STANLEY agrees to pass through any third party
warranty that STANLEY receives from the manufacturer of
the Products to buyer. The extent of any third party warranty
details, terms and conditions, remedies and procedures
may be expressly stated on, or packaged with, or otherwise
accompanying the Products.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREN, STANLEY MAKES NO
WARRANTES, EXPRESSED OR MPLED, AND BUYER
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO REPRESENTATONS,
WARRANTES, PROMSES OR STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN
