    Experience: Mechanical engineer trainee Arrow Beverage Company July 2013-August 2013

    First production unit of Carlsberg products Holsten and moussy in Saudiarabia. Studied the complete 2D and 3D drawings of the plant and led the installation of the pasteuriser, pallatizer, depallatizer, labeller and the bottle conveyors. Redesigned the incorrect plan of the chilling unit to fit in the required position. Assisted German engineers from KHS and Italian engineers in Inspection and Quality checks and helped them in conversing with the labourers with the effective use of English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil which saved much productive time. Became the team leader for 15 workers within one week of joining and led the operations in the plant in the absence of operation manager. Improved the production capacity by proper allocation of workers and monitoring. Made new system of tool allocation and store management to improve the man hours.

    Completed project on Numerical simulation of stagnation heat flux over Blunt bodies along with teammate Suraj Raj under Dr.praveen Nair of Advanced propulsion research group and developed a new method to calculate stagnation heat flux with help of which the result for a drdo work was given quickly.

    Areas of interest:
    Petroleum: Interested in exploring petroleum field and watching videos and books related to it. Production: Favourite subject in college and worked as trainee for Carlsbergs new plant in Saudi Arabia. Management: Conducted fest in college and was the winner of best manager competition.
