Oversaw all aspects of the companys strategic planning and built entire F&A team to support the company through its various business phases, from private (p re-revenues) to publicly held. Co mpleted an $80 million IPO in 2000, drove the acquisition efforts for purchasing a 45-person private software company and managed the sale of the company two separate times. Set up foreign operations to facilitate the companys international expansion to 26% of revenues and negotiated a $1 million exclusivity rights agreement with a Japanese distributor.
