- Built a new WAC program: designed, implemented, and assessed writing-intensive
curricula and faculty development programming across the university.
- Coordinated first-year writing sequence: directed curriculum, oversaw placement
procedures, fielded student grievances, handled plagiarism cases, staffed sections, and
coordinated with the Dean of Arts & Sciences on scheduling and adjunct hiring.
- Chaired the Writing Intensive Committee and the Writing Instructors Workgroup.
- Represented the writing programs to administrators and faculty across the university,
coordinated with the Writing Center Director and Director of Transitional Education.
