existed since the late 19th century in the West-Flemish city of Kortrijk. He started with the production of preserves for the local market. This happened after the wife of the neighborhoods pharmacist asked Andr to make her original mar malade with an ancient recipe, after she went too old to do the heavy job. When his son Thierry Vandererfven took over in 1990, he started with expanding the home made production and export these delicious preserves all over Europe. Nowadays, you can find Belberry preserves and delicatessen in the best department stores, the finest deli shops and luxury hotels & resorts all over the world. Nothing beats the exquisite taste of traditional made food, carefully crafted with the best ingredients.

The original recipes of the traditionally made jams & marmalades of Belberry, have been crafted a long time ago. Since then they have been preserved carefully as valuable treasures. Our amazingly popular true fruit sauces contain just succulent fruit and some sugar. Serve them with ice-cream and youve never tasted anything like this before!

SErVING SUGGESTIONS:
1. Fifty-fifty: Take 1 part of fresh full fat yoghurt and 1 part of fresh white cheese. Pour any Belberry fruit sauce over. 2. Belberry ice cream shake: put a few scoops of vanilla ice cream in a blender, some milk and Belberry fruit sauce.
FRUIT SyRUps
Belberry fruit syrups are highly concentrated fruit juices for dilution with water or to mix with yoghurt or ice cream. Over 80% fruit juice content from selected varieties for a unique taste experi ence. A very healthy product.

SErVING SUGGESTIONS:
add some ice cubes in a tumbler, any kind of Belberry syrup. Add cold milk and shake very well.
FRUit VinegaRs
Deliciously balanced fruit vinegar for special occa sions or to make all dressing special. Mix the vine gar with some extra virgin olive oil and you have a delicious dressing.

SErVING SUGGESTIONS:
1. Belberry dressing: mix 2 parts of extra virgin olive oil and 1 part of Belberry Royal vinegar, shake well and put in refrigerator. Perfect dressing with salads, beef or tuna Carpaccio, or other cold dishes. 2. You can use a little mango or raspberry vinegar to degrease a pan after cooking some meat of poultry. The result is a great sauce. 3. The vinegars can be used also to prepare a marinade for fish or chicken.
