who enters the lives of an upper-class family and quickly
unravels their carefully curated lifestyle.
Charming and mysterious, Camiel Borgman seems almost
otherworldly, and it isnt long before he has the wife, children
and nanny under his spell in a calculated bid to take over
their home life. However, his domestic assimilation takes a
malevolent turn as his ultimate plan comes to bear, igniting a
series of increasingly maddening and menacing events.
NOTHING BAD CAN HAPPEN (2013)

Inspired by atrocious true events, Nothing Bad Can Happen
follows Tore, a young lost soul involved with an underground
Christian punk movement who falls in with a dysfunctional
family curious to test his seemingly unwavering faith. After
a chance encounter helping Benno, a stranded driver and
managing to help start his car again in what appears to be a
miracle, Tore is invited back to his home and becomes friendly
with him, his wife and two kids. Before long, Tore moves in
and gradually becomes part of his family. However, Benno cant
resist playing a cruel game, designed to challenge Tores beliefs.
As his trials become more and more extreme, Tore fnds his
capacity for love and resilience pushed to its limits, and beyond.

AGFA MYSTERY MOVIE (????)
From out of the vaults of the American Genre Film Archive
comes a 35mm print of one of the wildest, most colorful,
over the top spectacles of Kung Fu wizardry ever created.
Tis universe-ending epic delivers a non-stop extravaganza
of 1980s efects and wire-fu madness. Wrap your brain in a
diaper, tear of your eyelids and get ready for an impossible
mix of lazer blasts, ancient Eastern mysticism, fying puppet
dragon-lions, exploding henchman, fying spinning chainsaw
knives, a Dragon-Tumor duo that features a midget-kid melting
opponents with green acid from his tumor, and more lazers all
set to a killer analog synth score. Te ultimate in fantasy kung
fu insanity!
FUNimation: DATE A LIVE (2013)
In a world devastated by mysterious Spatial Quakes, Shidoh
isnt what youd expect in a hero. Hes an average Joe who gets
bossed around by his adorable little sister and mocked by
the popular girls at his school. Youd defnitely pick him last
for dodge ball, but when it comes to saving the planet from
imminent destruction, Shidohs got one thing going for him:
intergalactic hotties cant keep their hands of him!
Video Vortex: DEMONWARP (1988)
George Kennedy is enjoying a game of Trivial Pursuit when
Bigfoot breaks into his house and kills his daughter. Ten a
group of Bigfoot trackers (including Billy Jacoby from JUST
ONE OF THE GUYS) set up shop in the same cabin. Sex!
Practical jokes! Bigfoot wearing an Axl Rose wig! George
Kennedy calls Bigfoot a wooly bastard and a six-foot feabag,
but that doesnt stop the mythical beastoid from messing
around with dynamite and REMOVING PEOPLES HEADS.

A circus tent-shaped meteor crashlands in the forest, releasing
an army of neon-colored, face-painted intergalactic creatures
who mummify humans in cotton candy cocoons and slurp their
sweetened blood through crazy straws. Tese diabolical bozos
mow through the populace using only the most entertaining
means: invisible cars, carnivorous shadow puppets, popcorn
blasters, decapitating boxing matches, hand-to-spinal-cord
ventriloquism and much, much more.

ENTER THE DRAGON (1973)

Robert Clouse directs Lee in what would sadly be his last
completed feature flm role before his untimely and mysterious
death in 1973. Te result is a spectre of the cinema, a towering,
wholly breathtaking persona who resonates onscreen with
vibrancy and vitality, supported by co-stars John Saxon (Roper)
and Jim Kelly (Williams). Lee goes undercover by way of an
invitation to a martial arts tournament on a secluded island,
hosted by an unsavory, suspected crime boss. As Lee discovers
an underbelly of corruption and prostitution, his cover is blown
and two fellow tournament competitors (Roper and Williams)
must fght not for sport, but instead for survival.
LET ME OUT (1983)

Everyone knows the iconic image of Tony Montana, whether he
is brandishing his little friend or smeared over with cocaine.
It is easy to forget that there is a major movie here that lives
up to the hype, with Oliver Stone in top form as screenwriter
and director Brian De Palma painting a bloody portrait like no
other. Al Pacino stars as the Cuban exile who quickly moves
up the ranks of a drug cartel, displacing its leader while also
seducing his woman. Te wealth and power come with costs,
and soon Tony fnds those he cared for most to be lost to him.
Tings get nastier as he tries to stay at the top.

AGFA MYSTERY MOVIE
BILL AND TEDS EXCELLENT ADVENTURE (1989)
Bill S. Preston, Esq. (Alex Winter) and Ted Teodore Logan
(that other guy) are seniors on the verge of failing history. Teir
only hope is to deliver an impressive fnal report on how people
from the past would view the world today. Teir success is also
the only hope for the citizens of the future, who rely on the
music of Bill and Teds band Wyld Stallyns to fuel their idyllic
society. Tats why Rufus (George Carlin) is sent back in time
to help the guys pass history and keep the band together. Using
Rufus phone booth time machine, the boys assemble a dream
team of historical fgures to speak at their presentation.
BLUES BROTHERS (1980)
A free-wheeling, drug-fueled smash-em-up of music, comedy
and action, this is a movie that spits at boundaries and labels.
Its refuses to be caged and smashes through expectations with
every scene change. John Belushi and Dan Akroyd star as Jake
and Elwood Blues, two brothers on a mission from God to
save their old Catholic orphanage the only way they know how:
by putting their old band back together performing a charity
gig. Along the way, they dodge lawmen of every kind, neo-
Nazis, and crazy ex-girlfriends.
BUTCH CASSIDY AND
THE SUNDANCE KID (1969)
Despite only co-starring in two flms together, its pretty easy
to think of Paul Newman and Robert Redford as a deeply
entrenched pair. Te two established in a short time the type
of chemistry some franchise co-stars spend sequels trying to
cultivate. As a pair of outlaws, dedicated to each other as they
were their desire for riches, Newman and Redford perfectly
compliment each other. Amiable nice guys who just happen to
wield guns, the two are the nicest criminals you could ever hope
to fnd yourself in a standof with.

DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS (1970)
Beaumont sur Mer is a tranquil little town along the French
Mediterranean coast where Michael Caines con man Lawrence
preys on the kindness of women to aford himself quite the
elaborate lifestyle. Tat is until small-time grifter Freddie (Steve
Martin) rolls through the place and forces Lawrence to share the
secrets of his high-class ways. What follows is an out-con the
con back and forth thats both intelligent and absolutely idiotic
at the same time.
E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL (1982)
We all know the story: Elliot, a lonely kid living in suburban
California, whos room is chock full of the toys he plays with
to substitute his lack of friends, comes across a shy Alien in his
backyard. At frst both are scared, but soon Elliot realizes the
creatures gentle nature and befriends him. Quickly the two
develop a strong bond of friendship and Elliot decides to hide
the alien, who he calls E.T., from his mother.
One of the most ingenious, imaginative, heartfelt,
unpretentious science-fction flms ever made, E.T. makes the
bold choice telling a direct story in a simple way.
INDIANA JONES
AND THE LAST CRUSADE (1984)
When Indys father goes mysteriously missing, a rich art
collector puts our whip-snapping, fedora-wearing hero on the
case. Following in his fathers footsteps, Indy reveals a sinister
plot and must save his father from a Nazi kidnapping while
avoiding the tempestuous allure of an extremely blue-eyed,
blond-haired lady.
MY LITTLE CHICKADEE (1940)
Mae West is Flowerbelle Lee, a self-reliant woman who is
abducted by the mysterious Masked Bandit during a stagecoach
holdup. After an illicit night spent with the bandit, Flowerbelle
is run out of town and sent to Greasewood City where she
can become married and respectable. She meets fimfam
man Cuthbert J. Twillie (Fields) on the train and immediately
falls in love with his money. Many elaborate set pieces and
plot twists later, Flowerbelle is knee deep in men and Twillies
on the gallows. Id like to see Paris before I die, he laments.

Girlie Night: ROMY AND MICHELES HIGH
SCHOOL REUNION QUOTE-ALONG (1997)
To show these fabulous ladies the appreciation they deserve,
Girlie Night is partnering up with the Action Pack to give
you the full quote-along experience, complete with props
like Gummi Bears (for your diet) and subtitles for all of your
favorite lines. Make sure to wear your shiniest outft, and come
ready to bust out those interpretive dancing skills as we cheer
on a duo so dynamic, they managed to take their own yearbook
photo together.
TOMMY BOY QUOTE-ALONG (1995)
Tere have been other comedies since this movie was frst
released, but none of them have managed to oust the words of
Tommy Callahan Jr., adorably idiotic man child, from the top
of my vocabulary. And then theres the deliciously deadpan wit
of David Spade, who plays Richard, Tommys coworker and
reluctant babysitter. If mockery is a science, then Richards jibes
at Tommy (Did I catch a niner in there? Were you calling from
a walkie talkie?) should have earned him the Nobel Prize.
Together, Spade and Farley made up one of the most hilarious
duos in the history of cinema, and well celebrate them at this
special Action Pack screening by quoting along with all of our
favorite lines
