PREFACE

Modern organizations are highly complex and dynamic systems. They operate
under very turbulent , social, economic, and political environment. They are
required to reconcile several incompatible goals. Management has to keep the
organization vibrant, moving and in equilibrium. It has to achieve goals
which themselves are changing, therefore it is a problem which is highly
complex and ticklish.

The Project Report is an important part of the curriculum of Post Graduate
Programme in Management. The Project Report is undertaken by the
students in any business organization after completion of third semester of
the Programme.

The objective of this Project Report is to enable the students to understand
the application of the academics in the real business life. I hope this project
will prove useful to the management.

Although I have tried my level best to prepare this report as an error free
report. Every effort has been made to offer the most authenticate position
with accuracy.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Acknowledgement is as ART, one can write glib stanzas without meaning a
word, on the other hand one can make a simple expression of gratitude.

Project Report is an integral part of any Post Graduate Programme ,
therefore I would like to express my gratitude to all of them who in some
or the other way helped me to accomplish this challenging project i.e.
IMPACT OF TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE. No
amount of written expression is sufficient to show my deepest sense of
gratitude to them.
I thank my Institute, Invertis University who has given me an opportunity
to show my skills. I also thank all my near and dear ones without whose
support this project would not have been possible.
I am deeply grateful to DR. MANISH GUPTA SIR my project guide for
his everlasting support and guidance of which I have acquired a new field
of knowledge. The course structure created for this curriculum has benefitted
me with the inclusion of recent development in the organizational and
managerial aspects.
