Design, Process & Execution Procedures:
Receipt of enquiry / request for Proposal
Study of enquiry, Site visit for complete understanding of exact
requirements
Study of analysis to determine type of water/ wastewater ( Brackish,
Sea water, grey water, sewage water etc)
Preparing process design using computer projections/ customized in-
house software for engineering procedures
Preparing Electro-mechanical design for:
1. Pump Selection
2. Process Equipment Design & selection

4. MCC, Control Panel & Instrumentation
5. Preparing drawing of site/ plant layout, P&I , SLD
Procurement of the correct equipments based on design & approval

Proposal Department

Proposal Scopes
1- Review tender documents or sale request to define the scope of
work and extent of preparation to produce the proposal.
2- Liaise with design team in order to produce special design
documents and drawings.
3- Liaise with electrical team to produce electrical cost estimate, BOQ,
Basic design and specification of material suitable for the tender
specifications

4- Prepare basic design drawings and calculation.

5- Coordinate and arrange for meetings and invite the concerned
people to discuss matters that affect the progress of the proposal as
necessary.


6- Communicate with suppliers to obtain offers for material and
make technical and commercial comparison to help deciding on the
cost of material.

7- Prepare a forecast of cost for constructing the project including
material, manpower.

8- Prepare and issue preliminary project schedule to assess time
required to construct the project.

9- Prepare material BOQs in accordance with scope of work and basic

training programs to train the clients

troubleshooting and maintenance of the
plant without the presence of Washnah
engineers to ensure the best performance

for an agreed period and for that
period from commissioning our
warranty covers spare parts, trouble
shooting, periodical maintenance etc
and after the completion of warranty

technologies and processes in municipal wastewater treatment, sludge
treatment, water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment including the
companys unique in-house developed technologies.

Washnah succeeded to elaborate its business activities to a more integrated
group of utility services as well as targeting all the major projects in water and
wastewater industry like concessions contracts, water management contracts,
Water / wastewater treatment, wastewater treatment privatization projects and
EPC, BOT contracts.

For the achievement of this diversification, Washnah had to establish the
partnerships with well reputed international companies in water treatment,
wastewater treatment, Sea water desalination, etc which it succeeded to
accomplish in a very short time period.
