Can Body Clocks Make You Fat?
I. SUMMARY
One of the most significant things for is time, it will always be a huge part of our lives
because it controls everything we do including the regeneration of our body. There are studies
that proved that body clocks have an impact on how our bodies can regenerates properly. Having
improper time of sleep can gain weight and it has the same effect on having meals on
inappropriate time. This is because the glucose and lipid in our body level goes up when having
late evening meal than having heavy meal in the morning. However, this same goes when we are
sleep deprived most especially at weekday where we are economically and socially engaged
because of our work and studies. This often result on staying up late at Friday night because of
enjoying the leisure time like partying, late movie shows, midnight snacks and many more that
will end up on waking up late at Saturday morning. This becomes the usual habit of people but
they are unaware that this can be hazardous to their health. There are cases that show that
blowing up our body clocks over the weekends results on regenerating our body improperly that
can be major cause on having heart failures and other diseases. In addition, it is one of the major
factors why people get fat. Nevertheless our body works 24/7 like a machine so it also needs to
be regenerated in order to function it properly, this includes on having a precise internal timing
mechanism. Thus there are certain rules on how we can regenerate our body properly. Having
specific hours of sleep per day can help. But the conflict comes over the weekday when we are
the busiest so we tend to stay late up night to finish our work and when Friday night came we
want to suppress the stress we been through during weekday so we end up going up late on bed
which is wrong. Instead of engaging ourselves in this kind of habit, we should start having
systematized time of going to bed and waking up at the same time. Thus, having a nap at
afternoon can be helpful if you have fewer hours of sleep so you can able to deal on your late
night pleasures. Hence, having a regular time of sleep is the same on having meal on the right
time. Also we should make sure to ourselves that we are physically active and have an enough
time to rest. To sum it all up, having our body clock more definite can make us do our best in all
time. Also it will lessen the interruption on regenerating our body that will help us depend our
body from major diseases.
