We can provide a full banquet bar set-up for any sized function. Our bar package includes
unlimited sodas, mixers, juice, garnishes and ice. The cost of liquor is per drink consumed
and wine and beer are charged by the bottle.

Please Note: We are flexible with the brands of beer, wine and liquor we may serve you. If
you prefer something other than the brands we provide, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cash Bar
If you prefer to have your guests pay for their own drinks, there is no bar set-up fee, however,
and there is a bartender fee of $60.00 for three hours of service and $25.00 per hour after the
first three hours.

Room Rentals, Deposits and Additional Costs

Room Rentals
For the use of a private room there is a $100.00 rental for the Wine
Cellar and a $200.00 rental for the Garden Room.

Deposits
If you decide to have your event here, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold
your reservation which, of course will be deducted from your final bill.

Minimum Charges
There are certain days that a minimum amount of costs are applicable.
There is a 45.00 minimum per person for food for off-site catering.

Tuscarora Mill Off-Premise Catering Services


Tuscarora Mill provides custom catering for functions from ten to two hundred at your home,
office or selected location. We will plan your party, order all of the equipment needed, bring
our staff to your site, set up everything, cook and serve a delightful meal. And we do the
cleaning!

Costs
For off-premise catering with staff involved, Tuscarora Mill requires a minimum of $45.00
per person for food. If you do not need servers or chefs, we will drop off food for you at
$35.00 delivery charge, but no minimum is required.

Labor Charges…$25.00 per server and chef per hour, minimum 6 hours
Gratuity…20%
Tax…8.5%

Rentals
Average cost of rentals is $15.00 per person depending on your menu and location. We bill
what we are charged by our supplier. Rentals may include linens, china, silver, serving
pieces, tables, chairs, bars, etc.

Generally, once you select your menu and decide approximately how many people will attend
your event, we can give you an estimated cost within an hour.
