BILL OF CONVEYANCE
THIS IS A SUBSTANTIVE (REAL) LAW CONVEYANCE PURSUANT TO Jus Inter
Gentes, (Law Between the People).
This is a lawful contract in accordance with the Christian Law of Nations.

as GRANTOR and GRANTEE, respectively, do hereby, freely and voluntarily, agree to grant
and convey the following property:

In lawful substantive exchange therefore, the GRANTEE does pay to the GRANTOR the
following true and valuable consideration as absolute and full payment at law:
This Instrument is a CONTRACT/CONVEYANCE pursuant to the organic and substantive
(real) laws of Jus Inter Gentes, the Christian Law of Nations, with absolute right to contract
intact according to Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution, No state shall pass
any law impairing the obligation of contracts.
This CONVEYANCE is further backed by the express intent of the Declaration of Independence
(1776), the Constitution for the United States and the Bill of Rights (1791), and over two
hundred years of American case law.
GRANTEE above as a result of lawful, substantive and full payment at Law does hold and
possess, rightfully and unto his heirs and assigns forever, the above described property, and
appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, and is held completely separate from
the Eleemosynary Corporate Estate, alla the Cestui Que Federal Reserve Public Policy
(Charitable), Joint Stock Trust. GRANTEE above does hold and possess in absolute freehold,
allodial ownership, and hereby declares, claims and demands allodial title thereto Jura in Re
Propria (Right over the Property).
EQUITY DISCLAIMER
The parties hereto declare this conveyance is not subject or pursuant to the Roman civil Laws,
the Roman Maritime Codes, Rhodian Laws, Laws of Oleron, Lex Mercatoria (Law Merchant),
Mercantile Equity, the Uniform Commercial Codes (U.C.C) and/or the color or any law; and not
based on substance due to HJR 192, 31 USC 463, June 5th, 1933 and Public Law 95-147. This
property is no longer regulated in commerce by Article 1, Section 8, and Clause 3 of the United
States Constitution. It is the exclusive private property of the GRANTEE named herein.
The parties hereto declare this CONVEYANCE is not pursuant to Jus Gentum
Publicum/Privatum, and/or any other laws, codes, statutes, and so forth which would cloud and
subvert the express intent of applied and executed contract at Law, and in substance, Jus Inter
Gentes (Law Between the People). Lexi loci contractus, as evidenced in Article I through VII of
the organic constitution for the United States. This instrument shall serve as prima facie evidence
of complete and absolute dominion over said property against all the world.
NOTICE
Any action involving a citation or ticket, confiscation, impoundment or illegal search and seizure
of my PRIVATE PROPERTY by a police officer or any other public servant or employee will be
considered a willful act to deprive me of my constitutionally protected rights. Any action by a
police officer, officer of the court, public servant or government official to assert unlawful
authority under the color of law will be construed as a direct and willful violation of my
constitutionally protected rights, and prosecuted to the full extent of American law, including but
not limited to 42 USC section 1983, 18 USC section 241, and 18 USC section 242.
