Contemporary Practice from MSK
COURSE OVERVIEW
This four day course will provide an up-to-date and
comprehensive review of the diagnosis, staging, and
management of neoplastic disease, including solid tumor
and hematologic oncology. Lectures will focus on disease
specific topics in gastrointestinal, gynecologic, thoracic,
head and neck, genitourinary, soft tissue and skin, and
central nervous system oncology, as well as hematologic
oncology.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience is physicians who are either
oncology fellows in training, or practicing oncologists in
both academic and private practice.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After this activity, participants will return to practice with
an understanding of the:
1. State-of-the-science in diagnosis, staging, and therapeutic
management of solid tumor cancers;
2. State-of-the-science in diagnosis, staging, and therapeutic
management of hematologic cancers;
3. Recent treatment advances in solid tumor and hematologic
oncology and their impact on modern clinical practice.

ideas between faculty and participants.
EVALUATION

A course evaluation survey sent out


electronically will provide attendees with
the opportunity to review the sessions
and the speakers and to identify future
educational needs.
AMA CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT

MSK designates this live activity for a


maximum of 26.25 AMA PRA Category
1 Credits. Physicians should only claim
credit commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity. The AMA has
determined that physicians not licensed in
the United States but who participate in this
CME activity are eligible for 26.25 AMA
PRA Category 1 Credits.
