Supervise proper installation of reinforcement bars based on approved

schedules and cutting list on structures such as cast in-situ columns, beams
and slabs provided by the Civil and Structural Consultant.
Supervise hoisting and erection of 2-tier and 1 tier Precast column, Precast
faade, Lift wall, Staircase wall and other precast components based on
approved setting out, specifications and tolerances prior Splice Sleeve and
Horizontal Grouting procedures.
Conduct post and pre-architectural inspection and works must be on
approved methodology and materials such work includes waterproofing,
plastering works, angle plates and bonding bar installation, block and brick
installation and other architectural works included in the contract.
Conduct post concreting inspection and rectifications. It must be carried out
prior all architectural works. Rectifications must be documented before and
after with the approval of the Project Consultants
Assist Project Manager in the coordination of all structural works, safety,
housekeeping, manpower and other issues together during the Subcontractor meeting. Monitor progress and provide accomplishment report.
Coordinate the on time delivery of all precast components and reinforcement
bars from the supplier to avoid delay.
Coordinate the request of concrete delivery during the scheduled concrete
pouring with estimated volume. All delivered concrete must have slump
within the approved tolerance set by the consultant.

and the Owner QA/QC Representatives prior approved concrete pouring for
structural works.
Witness and verify tests performed by Subcontractor and ensuring that these
are in accordance on established requirements, criteria and results are within
the required specifications and tolerances. Test includes conduct random
slump test on concrete, cylindrical compressive strength on approved testing
centers and steel yield strength tests.
Verify that all measurement and test equipment are within prescribed
accuracy limits and in good working order prior to performance of acceptance
inspection or test.
Report and document any discrepancies noted for resolution and corrective
action. Track all deficiencies relative to his/her responsibilities until repaired
and accepted.
Ensuring that the contractor and subcontractors comply with the plans and
specifications, applicable building codes, good workmanship and the QC
requirements of the contract.
Calibration of all monitoring and measuring devices enrolled in OPTOPH

calibration system
Assuring MMD Calibration is traceable to National International Institutions
like NIST-USA, SPRING Singapore and ITDI-Philippines
Inform end users of any defect or out of tolerance found during calibration of
MMD.
Publishing a recall notice and calibration status for MMD due for calibration
Deactivating equipment from service or confiscating equipment found to be
defective, overdue for calibration, void calibration stickers or other equipment
for calibration.
