    Terms & Conditions


    1. If any modification or additional report is required , it has to be negotiated in writing at the
    the time Software (A.M.C. ) contract.. Therafter IWL would only be liable to provide technical
    support (Problem in Operating ) for the period of 12 months from the date of Software (A.M.C.)
    contract.
    2. In the event of cancellation of this A.M.C. contract by the customer at any time , IWL will not
    be responsible for any losses which the customer may claim on Software (A.M.C.) contract..
    3 IWL shall not be liable for any damages ,loss or claims resulting from Unauthorised
    modification ,abuse or misuse of the software . Operation of the Software outside
    environment specification
    4.The additional reports would be only from the data already entered through package . The
    charges affecting data entry programs would be subject to Software updation & will not be
    covered A.M.C.
    5. The support ,training and installation of the software will be through remote access
    through the internet TEAM VIEWER (Software will be installed on your computer through
    internet (TEAMVIEWER) and training will be also through internet i.e. TEAMVIEWER
