KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
Defined staffing and operating strategy, policy, process and standard, roles and
responsibilities for Quality Assurance department; Developed Quality Assurance roadmap,
operate the organization within the new framework with 5 times more test cases planned
and executed within the same cycle time on average releases and recognized by
stakeholders as day and night compared to the Quality Assurance practice in Jefferies
before.
Responsible for the acquisition of HP ALM (Quality Center) and UFT (QTP and Service
Test) to streamline Quality Assurance workflow and improve the efficiency and effectiveness
of the existing Quality Assurance process.
Building traceable Quality Assurance artifact repository (System Test Requirements,
Business Process Models, Test Cases, Test Sets, Automated Data / Keyword Driven Test
Suites, Release QA Project Planning and KPI Tracking, Analysis Reports etc.) to increase
the transparency of QA operation in both Agile and Waterfall system developments and
provide quantitative information necessary for process improvements.
Greatly improved Quality Assurance service for Equity Technologys (Client Connectivity,

Agile GME SOA projects (FIX ACT, IOI Service, and Position Management Service)
before the end of the year and received very good feedbacks from ITPMs,
developers, and business stakeholders.

development center QA team, Cary NC development center QA Team, New York
System Integration QA Team, and offshore IBM vendor Regression Test teams.
Identified short-term objectives and adjusted short-term strategy in order to achieve
long term goals.
Established and defined the strategy and protocol for the Enterprise Services
initial Quality Assurance and testing function.
Organized 31 indexed test scripts representing more than 20,000 test cases into
the Enterprise Test Repository, enabling full-cycle functional testing for all modules
of Fidessas enterprise solutions.
Championed the use of HP Quality Center for manual and automated test
management, resulting in well planned, repeatable, and transparent test results.
Introduced data and keyword driven automated testing across the division,
significantly reducing testing cycle time, and eliminating the human error factor in
test execution.
