The technical bulletin describes installing bushings and washers on flight control cylinders to prevent vibration issues.

A field investigation found that bushings in the input lever assembly were migrating and allowing excessive lost motion on the pilot valve, causing high frequency vibration from the right servo actuator.

The flight control cylinder assemblies (P/N 212-076-005-7 and -9) are being modified.

DESCRIPTION:
A field discrepancy investigation of a high frequency vibration
from the right servo actuator was found to be caused by the
bushings in the input lever assembly migrating inboard on the
bolt shank and disengaging from the servo spanner link. This
permitted excessive lost motion on the pilot valve input, and
allowed the pilot valve to change position within the range of
this lost motion.

The attached HR Textron Service Bulletin, FMTC 236, Revision A,

provides instructions for installing spanner link/input lever
washers to prevent bushing migration. This revision is issued
to include servo actuator part number 212-076-005-9 not covered
in the original Service Bulletin issue.
