DESCRIPTION:
A field discrepancy investigation of a high frequency vibration
from the right servo actuator was found to be caused by the
bushings in the input lever assembly migrating inboard on the
bolt shank and disengaging from the servo spanner link. This
permitted excessive lost motion on the pilot valve input, and
allowed the pilot valve to change position within the range of
this lost motion.
