at the time vessel was redelivered from Messrs. UNITED BULK CARRIERS S.A. - Luxembourg,
as charterers, to Messrs. CARGILL INTERNATIONAL SA, as owners, on DOSLP Praia Mole
PS, Brazil, on October 30th, 2014 at 16:00 hrs. LT (18:00 UTC), as per terms, conditions,
provisions and exceptions of the governing Charter-Party.

except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.

As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,
except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
