Limit: 32 Kids per League Level
Last year, we changed our girls league to a once per week commitment (meeting only on
Sunday afternoons) We also stretched the season over a longer time to run through most of
the winter instead of a 6 to 8 week league like our boys levels. The format seemed to be
perfect and we are happy to announce the same format will continue this season. This allows
girls the opportunity to participate in an organized basketball league, without interfering with
other priorities such as dance, Snowflake Club, or other commitments that typically prohibit a
twice per week commitment.
Players will meet for 3 practices and then participate in an 8 game season.
Start times and practices for games rotate since teams play different opponents each session.

Limit: 32 Kids per Extension Season League Level
There are two separate seasons. Regular season which meets from early November to mid
January. Extension Season which meets from late January to early March. The Extension season
is open ONLY to players who participated in our Regular Season. We simply reshuffle players
and issue out new uniforms for new teams we form.

Girls are welcome to participate in this league or can also play in our Boys Leagues in addition
to this.

Limit: 64 Kids Winter Warm-Up Season
There are two separate seasons. The Winter Warm-up is a tune-up for the Regular season. This
program meets once a week for six Saturday, 1 1/2-hour, sessions starting in early November
and running through mid December; Ending right before winter break. Skills + drills and game
play scrimmage will be the format.
The Regular NVA Season begins after winter break, the week of January 5th, and runs to mid
March; Just before spring break starts. Players meet for 6 instructional practices and then play
a 9-10 game schedule with play offs and All Star events.

Our older boys house league format is designed to begin and pickup where the feeder and
school seasons end. This is a great way for players to supplement game play up through April
before other spring commitments swing into full gear. The season will not play over spring
break and conclude by mid-April.
