- To stay in the technical department of the company
Advantage(s):
a. She has already established herself among their department
b. Likewise, her current salary is quite high enough
c. The company sees her as a strong contributor which might lead to
promotions and more incentives
Disadvantage(s):
a. She might experience discontent in her job and lose motivation to
perform well
b. She might lose the chance to fulfill her career aspirations

a. It will take some time for her to learn the things she needs to know
about her new position
b. Since she is transferring to an entry-level position, her salary might
drastically decrease
c. It might cause conflict with her former team mates
d. She may not get accepted since the director herself found it better
for Jenny to stay under the technical team
