What is JURISDICTION?
Authority given by law to a court or tribunal to hear and determine certain
controversies involving rights which are legally demandable and enforceable
It is the legal authority to hear and determine a cause or the right to act in a
case.
What is its SIGNIFICANCE to LEGAL FORMS?
