Organisation "Independent research agencies and anti-corruption" is a non-profit
association, established to achieve the objectives in the field of combating all forms of
corruption in Serbia through the acquisition of additional knowledge and skills necessary
for the democratic transformation of society and the further development of cooperation
in South East Europe in order to strengthen regional stability, security and democratic
potential of society. For our work, among others, we received the annual award
"Contribution of the Year Europe". We are focused on improving the legal framework
and general conditions for the continuation of the democratic transformation of society in
Serbia and further development of cooperation in the region in accordance with Eu

Project Proposal Preparation for the project Local Networks for Social Inclusion - EU
Social Program Easy for Civil Society Organizations.
The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of local actors in order to
solve social problems in rural areas of the region Belgrade.
It is based on a desire to ensure a sustainable system of social services for vulnerable
groups et the local level. We design and development social farms as a kind of catalyst
development initiatives aimed to new job positions, retraining and inclusion - improving
labor market participation of women, persons with disabilities and youth in foster care.

The "Trans-network
for cooperation
between Italy and
South-Eastern
Europe" (SEENET 2)
project funded by the
Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
"Kaerski honey"
Balkan local authorities and numerous Italian and South-eastern European civil society
actors.
Led by the Tuscany region, co-financed by the Italian Foreign Office and the 7 Italian
Regional partners (Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Friuli VeneziaVenetia Giulia, Marche,
Piedmont, Veneto and the Autonomous Province of Trento), it involves 47 local
authorities from 7 South-eastern European countries (Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina,
Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), besides Oxfam Italia, Anci,
Ervet, Informest, Alda, CeSPI and Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso, linking over 60
partners in a network.
The three-year ProgrammeProgram is aimed at strengthening the local development
and governance capacities of the countries of the Western Balkans and supporting their
process of integration into the European Union through the implementation of concrete
actions. SeeNet II is based on 13 initiatives linked to the development of cultural
heritage sites and tourist attractions; supporting small medium enterprises; enhancing
rural development; strengthening social policies and territorial planning; institutional;
institutional building and the creation of a network among local authorities; policyoriented research and spreading information on the local contexts.
Within the SEENET program I participated in the implementation of the following
actions: raising the competitiveness of existing SMEs;, promotion of the export potential
of SMEs and businesses in the form of business associations / clusters;: eEstablishing
Center for clustering and competitiveness;, cCreation of 35 company profiles;,
pPerforming market analysis of fruit juices in the City of Belgrade;, dDesigning and
delivery of trainings for cluster members (Project cycle management, business
communication, clustering and advantages of association and others),; tTrainings for
employees in CKK (- Integrated systems of quality management);, dDevelopment of
operational plans for clusters.
Key areas: local economical development, trans-regional networking, support for SMEs,
promotion of local competitive.
Project "Kaerski honey". Project is implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of
Belgrade with EU funding, under the call "Strengthening civil society dialogue between
Serbia and the EU", managed by the EU Delegation in Serbia and implemented by
GOPA Consultants. Partners on the project were - Confederation of the food and
beverage industry of the EU, the Association Growers of Carnica Serbia, the Association
of Beekeepers "The Future," and in cooperation with the Municipality of Lazarevac.
The project was created with the aim to establish a limited region of Serbian honey
production technology, in order to allow the registration of products with a geographical
protection. The project prepared the study on the area of the former KAERSKA
NAHIJA shoodshod be registered protected geographical area by the Institute for the
Protection of intellectually property. This will anabledenabled for all beekeepers with
protected area, to get a chance to brand as "Kaerski honey". As a team member I
participated in the implementation of the following activities: Mapping the needs of
interested beekeepers and GPS mapping of the geographic location of the apiaries;

The project "Lazarevac: One step into the business, one step in business" - Phase I,
funded by the EU (EAR). The general objective of this project is contribution to SME
development in Lazarevac municipality through: Increase the number of SMEs; Assist +
improve competition of the existing SMEs; Increase employment; Support to
development of entrepreneurial infrastructure.
Global objectives are based in existing Republic, Lazarevac municipalitys and RC
Centre's strategies for reduction of unemployment rate and stimulation of
entrepreneurship.
I was responsible for the following project activities: Information collection;, aanalysis of
available financial resources, loan terms and application procedures; business plan
preparation;, general marketing and management plans preparation;, basic accounting
and financial management; dDevelopment and delivery of training programs to
entrepreneurs; cCounselling of entrepreneurs; SMEs mentor activities; gGeneral
promotional activities; bBusiness dDevelopment sServices for potential entrepreneurs,
start-ups, and established businesses; cCollecting and checking the correctness of the
tender documentation for start-up loans of the Development Fund of Serbia.

Transition center Kolubara was established as part of the pilot project "Promotion of
employment",aemployment, a program that is being implemented under the Ministry of
Labour and Social Policy, and with the financial support of the World Bank and the
Department for International Development (DFID). Project was implemented in the four
pilot municipalities of Pancevo, Kraljevo, Ni and Lazarevac. The main objective of this
project was to build the capacity of the Ministry and the National Employment Service to
create and implement successful programs for re-employment services and
employment. The purpose of the program is to achieve the following results:
Construction of the Transition centers to adjust workers to new conditions and testing
different approaches to solve the problem of unemployment in these pilot municipalities
Creating social plans for enterprises in the restructuring procesprocess. ,Promoting
