Those who have a Masters degree or are expected to get one by August, 2016.
Those who are recognized as having qualifications equivalent to a Masters degree or
approved by law.
Those who have a Bachelors degree or are expected to get one by August, 2016.
Those who are recognized as having qualifications equivalent to a Bachelors degree
or approved by law.

You can complete the application process by confirming the information you entered and the files
you uploaded.
Completion
Application
Only after filling out an application form and submitting all required documents, your
application process will be completed.
It is impossible to modify the information you entered after the application period has ended.
After completing the application process, applicants can print out an Application form and Test
identification slip.
Applicants who passed the first-selection should bring the Test identification slip on the day for
the second-selection.

If necessary, original documents can be required to submit later.
Submit proof of enrollment if a certificate of an expected Bachelors
degree is not available.
Grades must be indicated by a percentage grade. However, please
note that exceptions are recognized for the (expected) graduates of
foreign universities.

1. Applicants who obtained a bachelors degree or higher with more than 1 year of study in the English
speaking countries (the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or the Republic South Africa)
2. UST (Expected) graduate
Permit conditions
Applicants are not required to provide an official English score if he/she has obtained
degree at a university (graduate school) in the UST-designated English speaking
countries (a total of 31 countries) and has proven that all the courses you have
completed were taught in English.

Applicants are eligible to postpone submission of an official English score meeting the
minimum requirement until the period for the submission of degree thesis provided in
Article 16 of the Regulations on Degree Conferment.

(1) Period: June 9th ~ June 22nd, 2016
Registration instructions to be provided during announcement of final successful applicants.
(2) Way to register: Submit the required documents and pay the entrance fee
Foreigners
Students who are expecting graduation must submit the certificate of degree and academic transcripts
(including date of degree conferment or degree registration number) by the deadline below. Otherwise,
the offer of admission may be withdrawn.
- Submission Period: by September 12th, 2016
Additional documents for submission by final successful applicants in accordance with the Apostille
Convention, for those applicants who graduated from universities out of Korea
- Documents to be issued with an Apostille Certificate on
Certificate of degree for Bachelors (and Masters for doctoral program applicants)
Academic transcript for Bachelors (and Masters for doctoral program applicants)
- Submission Period: by September 12th, 2016
- Place of Issue: Authorities designated by your government

If the country is not a member of Apostille Convention, the Apostille Certificate can be replaced with a Consular Confirmations.

Applicants who have graduated from UST and had submitted Apostille Certificate before, do not need to submit the same ones.
Apostille Convention?
An international treaty that facilitates mutual certification of official documents between state
parties by recognizing legalization in the country of issue without complex authentication
procedures

Attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students. (will be held for 4 weeks in August before the semester starts)

Selection
Even if the number of applicants fails to meet the enrollment goal, no offers will be made
if applicants are deemed unqualified.

at the government-funded research institutes
Additional allowance may be provided depending on campus budget
