911 transfer call from MSP reporting an unknown medical at
location. Phone quality was barely audible. Unable to
ascertain the building number, only that it is in Mansfield
Meadows apt. 23. Ofc. McCune and Connor resp.
MSP called directly and played back the initial part of the
call. The request is for a male party who was stumbling and
not acting right. The involved male is a friend of the
caller's daughter.
