Learning Material
Animal Tissues
By the origin, plant tissues differentiate into two types, namely
meristematic tissue and permanent tissue. Merestematic tissue (embryonic tissue)
consists of a collection of young cells that continue to divide producing another
tissues Example of meristematic tissue are in the shoot of stem and root also the
cambium . Meristem at the shoot of the stem and roots of plants cause increasing
the tall. Cambium tissue produces vascular cambium and cork cambium. Results
of fission in meristematic tissue called permanent tissuet, because it is not
undergoing differentiation anymore.
Based on the structure and function, permanent tissue can be divided into the
following:
Epidermis
Parenchyma as ground mertistem
Sclerenchyma and collenchyma as support tissue
Xylem and phloem as transport tissue
Cork
Plant organ can divided into 3 parts : root, stem, and leaf.

Learning Activities
o
1. Opening Activity
1. Teacher check students' attendance and
praying
2. Teacher tell the basic competence, indicators
and learning objectives
3. Teacher give the apperception by asking the
student about cell and tissues meaning
4. Teacher divided into 6 study groups and
describes the mechanism of learning
implementation
2. Main Activity
a. Exploration
Student read, listening, and understand the
structure and various of plant tissue from
the book and presentation by teacher
b. Elaboration
Students in group of 5 do the game of
snakes and ladders about plant tissue.
The steps of the game are :
- Starting the game by roll the dice
- Each student from group representative
answer the question that read by the
teacher and have to answer it.
- If the dice in green color, student
representative can be helped by his/her

Pengamatan Mikroskopis
Tujuan : 1. Melihat susunan jaringan pada akar, batang, dan daun
2. Membandingkan struktur anatomi akar dan batang dikotil dan monokotil
Bahan :
1. Irisan melintang akar, batang, dan
Zea mays / jagung
2. Irisan melintang akar, batang, dan
Impatiens balsamina / pacar air
3. Irisan melintang batang dan daun
Pleomele angustifolia / suji
Cara Kerja
