    This agreement is made between _________________________ (hereinafter called the


    Guarantor which expression shall unless excluded by the context or the meaning thereof
    be deemed to included his heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives) of
    the one part and the Board of Governors of the Asian Charitable, Society, (hereinafter
    called the Governors which expression shall unless excluded by the context of the
    meaning thereof be deemed to include the Principal of The Asian School of the other part.
    It is made clear that the term GUARANTOR is a person who gives these guarantees but
    is signing as the parent/legal guardian.

    Whereas ________________________ Roll No ________________ Son/Daughter of


    __________________________ (hereinafter called the student) is a child of the guarantor
    and has at the request of the guarantor been selected for admission to The Asian School.
    Dehradun for the purpose of receiving education inter alia, on the terms and conditions
