    DESCRIBTION:
    A simple desigable circuit, that ca with stand a mideum voltage, so hat when
    there's a chage in the level of water i.e. when reaches the top portion of a storage quantity,
    then it triggers the circuit breaker and allows the filler tunel to close.

    WIPER BAR MECHANISM

    A BRIEF PREHASE:
    On eof the old and the most precisely operated mechanism on the indutrialisation,
    i.e. four bar mechanism. To it a link member which as a cleaner, also know to as wiper. A
    simple principle technique to enhance the utility of four bar mechanism.
