Note: Marks must be awarded out of 10 for each criterion. They will later be averaged by weight for the final score.
Any optional comments or notes may be made overleaf. Label them using the associated presentation number.

CRITERIA (WEIGHT %)

Structure (45%)
Is there a story or a flow to the presentation?
Is it in the allotted time of ten minutes? Do they use the full five minutes to answer questions?
Is there a conclusion that summarises the presentation?
Are the images (see below for figures) used clear and understandable?
Is there a balance between text and images?
Communication (25%)
Are they speaking clearly, can the people at the back hear what they are saying?
Do they make eye contact with the audience?
Are they coherent and comprehensible?
Does it sound rushed or are they filling out the time?
Is it delivered in such a way that it holds the audiences attention?
Are they confident in there delivery, is their body language relaxed and open?
Figures/ Results (20%)
Is the format of the figures appropriate (scales etc. If applicable)?
Are they readable?
Are they informative or useful?
Are they accurate (error bars if applicable)?
Do they have any meaningful results?
Managing questions (10%)
Is the student able to respond to all questions raised and has shown deep understanding of the project and the
processes undergone?
