    Fingerprint samples from a knife found near the victim's body were submitted to the Pampanga Provincial Crime Laboratory for analysis. Testing found a positive match between the fingerprints on the knife and those of suspects Jaimee Capudoy y Cueva and Joshua Capudoy y Cueva. The laboratory concluded that fingerprints belonging to Jaimee Capudoy y Cueva were present on the knife.
