COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Compromise Agreement is made and entered into by and
among:

_________________________ of legal age, married, Filipino and a


resident of 2691 J. Esguerra Street , Punta , Santa Ana , Manila, and is
hereby denominated as the First Party; and

______________________________ of legal age, married, Filipino


and a resident of 2353 M. Colayco Street, Pasay City, and is hereby
denominated as the Second Party.
WITNESSETH:
That the above-named parties are spouses with three (3)
children, namely:
That the above-named parties freely, voluntarily and knowingly
entered into this compromise agreement with respect to the Custody,
Visitation Rights, and Support of the said minor children;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. That the First Party and the Second Party stipulates
that they will have SHARED CUSTODY of their three
minor children, namely _____________________________;
2. That the parties stipulates that the Second Party
(Racquel Nulud) shall have exclusive custody of their
three minor children every Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays of the month starting October 1, 2008;
while the First Party (Madison Nulud) shall have
exclusive custody of the same minor children during
Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays of the
month, starting from October 1, 2008;
3. The parties further stipulates that the parties shall
swap schedules of custody at the start of every
other month following October 1, 2008; This
alternate schedules shall be diligently observed in
good faith by both parties as long as this agreement is
valid under existing laws of the Republic of the
Philippines;
4. That the parties agrees that neither shall perform any
act or omission which would interfere, hinder, prevent
or would tend to interfere, hinder or prevent in any way
the exercise of parental authority of the other party
over their minor children while the same is in his/her
exclusive custody;

5. That the parties stipulates that they undertake the


obligation of fetching their minor children from place of
residence of the other; if said is done for the purpose of
exercising their rights as stated in this compromise
agreement;
6. That the parties stipulates that neither shall perform
any act or omission which would result in any
embarrassment or harm to the other while the same is
validly exercising his/her rights under this agreement;
7. That the parties agrees and voluntarily obliges
themselves to give, deliver and support - without
further demand - the said minor children; However, this
agreement with respect to the monthly support of the
said minor children may vary depending on the needs
of the latter and therefore may be increased
proportionately in order to meet the needs of the minor
children;
8. That any violation of this compromise agreement by
any party shall be a ground for the other party to seek
relief before the courts of justice or any other venue or
office where similar relief can be sought;
9. That both the First Party and Second Party mutually
agree that they will not interfere or mingle with the
private life of either of them to avoid possible
confrontation brought about by jealousy or any other
reason;
10. That this compromise agreement was made pursuant
and in connection with the pertinent provisions of the
Family Code of the Philippines with respect to
Support and other pertinent provisions;
11. That this compromise agreement, is executed and
entered into by the parties, for the benefit of the said
minor children, any doubt created or which may occur
shall be resolved in favor of the said minor taking into
account their paramount interest.
