PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CERABOND 2000 is a combination of heat resistant alloy and heat resistant silicate solution producing an
inorganic rust preventive coat mechanically adhered to the steel and giving an effective and long-term
protection against corrosion without suffering from blistering and loss of adhesion.
It is compatible with organic over coatings as well as with inorganic over coatings.
CERABOND 2000 is extremely resistant to heat (up to 800) and secondary surface preparation cost can be
decreased. It has excellent welding and cutting properties and presents no health hazard to the welder.
CERABOND 2000 has been approved by Lloyds Register of Shipping as a shop primer which is suitable for
welding.

the product. Since product contains flammable materials, keep away from sparks and open flame. No smoking should be permitted in the
area on painting.
Wear an appropriate protector (eye and face protection, protective clothing, barrier creams, etc) when mixing, applying, or drying the
paint. If products come into contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with warm water and soap or suitable cleaner. If the eyes is
contaminated, irrigate with water and seek medical advice immediately.
