Coaches Notes
Thanks for participating in the 15th annual USM New Years Relays. We will need your
help to make it a smooth operation. Please guide your runners and relays to the starting
line as soon as their heat is called. If you have more than one relay team in an event,
make sure all runners know which team they are on (A, B, C....). Events will not be held
up to wait for late arriving teams! We have instituted minimal qualifying standards in the
following events in an attempt to conduct a tighter meet. 55 Dash, 55 Hurdles, Mile,

Please review these ground rules with all of your athletes prior to the meet.
