MODE OF TREATMENT Weekly Once Flush Treatment at Main processing areas, storage& production areas including receiving areas. Monthly Once Gel Treatment at Stores, cabinet, and wooden pallets. First Line of Defence: Burrow Treatment at the external periphery within the boundary wall to deny additional breeding of Rodents Monthly Once Second Line of Defence: Rodent Bait Station installation at the 2nd periphery boundary walls of the premises to monitor and deny rodent access inside the processing unit and office set up Weekly Third Line of Defence: Internal trapping with glue traps and multiple cages to reduce and control existing rodent infestation Weekly Larvicidal Treatment at the stagnant water bodies, garbage areas and other potential breeding areas of flies and mosquitoes. Weekly Twice Residual spray treatment at the Receiving areas to deny any access of vectors inside the processing unit. Weekly Once Fly and Lizard Trapping inside the CPU and processing areas to reduce and control internal infestation.

Confidentiality clause: The service provider shall not, without Delightful Gourmet Pvt Ltd prior written consent, disclose information in any manner except as expressly authorised by this agreement. Shall treat information with the same degree of care that it treats its own confidential information but in no event with less than reasonable degree of care. Both the parties shall not disclose the prices or any other information in any manner without the written consent of the other party.
Termination: Delightful Gourmet Private Limited reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a notice of 15 days in the event the services rendered by the M/s Terminix SIS India(P) Ltd doesnt meet with the standards and specifications or in any event of default mentioned in the order. Such right of termination shall be without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that either party may have at law or in equity for damages or otherwise. Neither party shall incur any liability arising out of any termination, except for products previously provided prior to such termination. During the notice period, the service provide shall provide in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Each party shall remain responsible for its obligation with respect to actions and events prior to the termination of this agreement.
Jurisdiction: Jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore
Workmen compensation, ESI, PF, insurance and other statutory legal
requirements: It will be the responsibility of M/s Terminix SIS India (P) Ltd to undertake all statutory requirements of the workmen and staff deployed by them at the site. In event of non compliance by the former and in the event of damages or compensation payments made by the unit, the same shall be adjusted against
M/s Terminix SIS India (P) Ltd. bills or they shall undertake to reimburse the payments.
Safety Clause: M/s Terminix SIS India (P) Lts, will be solely responsible to ensure that the manpower supplied by them will adhere to the safety, health & hygiene regulations laid by concern regulated authorities. Any deviations from the agreed contractual terms as set forth in this agreement, a prior approval from Delightful Gourmet Pvt Ltd. will be taken before
Terms of Payment: Within 15 working days of submission of certified invoice to Head Office.
