Corey Classic Family Fun Run Sponsorship Letter
March 25th, 2017 at Corey Academy of Fine Arts and Dual Languages
We cordially invite you to participate as a Sponsor of the 1st annual Corey Classic Family
Fun Run 5k/1M Walk and Run. This event will raise money to provide a track for our
school and community. The event will be held on Saturday, March 25th, at Corey
Academy of Fine Arts and Dual Languages. The event will kick off at 8:00 a.m.
The 5k Run/Walk will start at 8:30 a.m.
Your sponsorship helps to defray the cost of organizing the event. Funds received from
sponsorships are used to purchase tshirts for registered race participants, awards and
complimentary drinks and snacks for each race participant. Any additional money from
sponsorships will help go toward our fundraising goal of $10,000.
There are various levels of sponsorship for the Corey Classic Family Fun Run. Size and
placement of logos on tshirts are based on sponsorship level.
Platinum Level Sponsor$1200 (only one available)

Prominent display of logo on all race tshirts
Listed as sponsor in Corey Times News Letter
Opportunity to speak at opening of race
Promotional materials in race packet
Special PA announcements mentioning sponsor name during and after the race
Gold Level Sponsor$600

Company logo on back of race tshirt
Special PA announcements mentioning sponsor name during and after the race
Silver Level Sponsor$300
Company logo on back of race tshirt
Bronze Level Sponsor$200

Finish Line Sponsor $200

Company name prominently displayed below the finish line clock
Mile Marker Sponsor$150 each (or $300 for all three markers)
Company name will appear on one mile marker sign, which will be prominently displayed at
the 1 mile mark or the 2 mile mark or the 3 mile mark. Or for $300, company name or logo
can appear on all three signs.
Water station Sponsor $100

Company name will appear on a prominently located sign at water station

(300 dpi) JPEG or EPS files. Most Photoshop and Illustrator files can also be accepted.
o Logos for signage should be submitted as hires (300 dpi) JPEG or EPS files.
Most Photoshop and Illustrator files can also be accepted.
o Logos for web site should be submitted as 72 dpi JPEG or PNG files.
4. Checks can be made payable to Corey Elementary and mailed to: 5200 Kelley Elliot Rd,
Arlington, Tx, 76017 PAYMENTS SHOULD ARRIVE BY March 3RD,, 2017.
