The approval of competent authority is hereby conveyed for the revision of the
mobile CUG Prepaid plan- Maha Krishi Sanchar-lll (MKS-Ill) to Department of Agriculture
Maharashtra for the employee, family members of employee, vendors, business associates
and the associated progressive farmers and their family members across MH state
intimated vide letter at reference PTM/AGM/EB/ AGRI/MKS-lll 12013-14190 dated
0710212014. The Plan Voucherwill be Rs.128l- where in CUG charges of Rs. 201-is taken
as additional charges. The detail of revised MKS lll Plan with revised feature is attached
herewith as ANNEXURE.
The customer activated with earlier MKS lll plan (Ref letter 1) may be migrated to
this revised new MKS Ill Plan.
This plan will be a separate and independent of MKS I and MKS ll.
You are kindly requested to make the necessary changes in creation and Plan
Voucher of the mobile CUG Prepaid plan as Rs.128/- for new customers to implementation
across Maharashtra. Also send the SMS to the MKS lll customer for additional charges of
Rs. 20l- as CUG Charges and the next recharge will be Rs. 1281- to avail the CUG facility.
This plan will be valid for 180 Days only w.e.f. 0910212014 i.e. till 07 .08.2014.

Terms and Conditions -
1. Period of MKS lll plan should be limited to one year only, followed by right to revisit.
2. This plan is valid for 180 Days only w.e.f. 09.02.2014 i.e. till 07.08.2014
3. MKS-lll (Prepaid) CUG plan will be applicable for new customers and the migration of
existing prepaid customer only after fulfilling MKS-lll terms and conditions.

4. This plan will be separate and independent of MKS I and MKS ll.
5. Defaulters in OLD MKS Plans (Postpaid) will be allowed to migrate to MKS lll Prepaid
plan after clearance of outstanding.
6. The free data usage will be 3G and configure in HLR as 3G customer for data.
7. 3G Tariff Charges for video calls will be applicable as per standard Plan.
8. Top up Card may be used if the applicable talk time is exhausted before Validity Date
and also to make STD, ISD calls outside CUG own/other network.
9. lf the customer fails to recharge the minimum recharge coupon applicable to this plan
(Rs. 1281-), he will be treated as 'per minute' prepaid customer and call charges will be
applicable to him as per'per minute'standard prepaid plan.
10. A special voucher of Rs. 704 l- for validity of 6 Months and Rs. 1408 l- for validity of
One Year.
11. These vouchers of Rs. 1281:, Rs. 704l- and Rs. 14081- are to be added in the BSNL
ONLINE recharge facility for MKS lll customers.
12.The Number portability is allowed in this plan as per TRAI guidelines.
13. On blackout days the freebies will be treated as Normal usage. The black out day will
be intimated by BSNL.
14. MKS Scheme can be extended to all the farmers who are having certificate from Taluka
Agriculture officer (TAO)/ Mandal Krishi Adhikari and Latest Extract of 7112, not older
than 30 days/one Month
15. In MKS lll- Maximum 03 ( 01 farmer/ Employee + 02 family members ) connection can
be provided as per below procedure,
a) For Employee - CAF for each connection may be collected with the Proof of
Address, Proof of ldentity, photographs attached.(Ref - letter no .842-725120051157
Dated 23 March 2009, DOT,TERM, GOVT OF INDIA) along with Employee
certificate from Agriculture Department and Photo copy of Departments lD card.
b) For Employee's Family Members - CAF of actual user for each connection may be
collected with the Proof of Address, Proof of ldentity, photographs attached of the

actual user (Family member).(Ref letter no . 842-725120051157 Dated 23 March
2009, DOT,TERM, GOVT OF INDIA) along with Employee certificate of Employee
from Agriculture Department and Photo copy of Departments lD card.
c) For Farmers - Separate CAF for each connection may be collected with the Proof of
Address, Proof of ldentity, photographs attached .(Ref letter 842-no
725120051157 Dated 23 March 2009, DOT,TERM, GOVT OF INDIA) along with
