Personal Project

Donnie Lee's personal project was to learn Tae Kwon Do in order to understand the martial art, learn its skills, and achieve the yellow belt by November 2016. Tae Kwon Do involves extensive kicking techniques and was developed in Korea from martial arts like karate. Donnie researched Tae Kwon Do and flexibility exercises and began lessons, but faced problems with transportation after moving. He overcame these challenges by developing a more efficient training plan and using alternative flexibility methods to still achieve his goal.
