ELIGIBILITY
This plan will offer cover to person from the age of 5 years onwards. The maximum entry
age is restricted upto 69 years with no maximum cover ceasing age.
Dependent children between 91 days and 25 years can be insured.
A dependent child between 91 days and 5 years can be covered if either parent is covered
in this policy.
TAX BENEFIT
With this plan you can avail tax benefits for the premium amount under section 80D
of Income Tax Act. (Tax benefits are subject to changes in tax laws)

STATUTORY WARNING
Section 41 of Insurance Act 1938 as amended by Insurance Laws Amendment Act, 2015 (Prohibition of Rebates):
No person shall allow or offer to allow, either directly or indirectly, as an inducement to any person to take out or renew
or continue an insurance in respect of any kind of risk relating to lives or property in India, any rebate of the whole or part of
the commission payable or any rebate of the premium shown on the policy, nor shall any person taking out or renewing or
continuing a Policy accept any rebate, except such rebate as may be allowed in accordance with the published prospectuses
or tables of the insurers. Any person making default in complying with the provision of this section shall be liable for a penalty
which may extend to 10 lakh rupees
