Authority To Negotiate and Offer To Sell
A PARCEL OF LAND
That this Authority to Negotiate and Offer to Sell a Parcel of land is entered into by
and between Engr. Vladimir A. Galvez and Domingo Castro, both of legal age, Filipino, and
residents of Davao City.
Witnesseth; That
That the Selling Price shall be net of all expenses. All transfer taxes and other
necessary expenses for the transfer of title shall be at the expense of the buyer
Furthermore, the broker shall be entitled to 20% of the owners selling price as
commission and shall be due on the day of full payment by the Buyer.
This Non-Exclusive authority shall become ineffective upon revocation in
writing by the owner.
