CHURROS (OVEN BAKED) TM

Ingredients Preparation
200 grams plain flour, sifted Method
250 grams boiling water Pre heat oven to 200.C. Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
80 grams Butter
3 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste Add sugar and cinnamon to bowl and mix speed 5 for 10 seconds.
100 grams raw sugar Set aside on a plate for rolling the churros in. Sprinkle some of this mixture onto
2 tsp cinnamon baking tray.
Add boiling water and butter and mix 2 minutes/varoma/speed 3 until butter has
melted completely. Add flour and mix 1 minute/varoma/speed 5. Scrape down
sides and mix a little longer if required.
With blades turning on speed 5, add eggs one at a time and allow to beat for 1
minute. The mixture will look glossy.
Spoon into piping bag with a 1cm star nozzle.
Squeese out stick size lengths (allow mixture to expand slightly when baking).
Bake for 15-20mins or until golden brown.

Serve with melted chocolate or enjoy simply on there own
