    Key Responsibilities:

    Finance Planning & Analysis and Reporting:


    Performing detailed analysis on revenue, expense and other P&L components
    when compared with budget and the forecast.
    Provide Monthly forecast and annual operating plan for respective Business
    Unit.
    Forecasting, Reporting and monitoring Head count data related Business units
    and locations.
    Meet with business leaders to review the budget/ forecast variances and assist

    Develop, generate & analysis of financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc.
    Preparing presentations with financial data to help managements decision
    making.
    Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly executive management
    presentations.
    Preparation and explanation of Geo wise and customer wise P&L account to
    management & timely submission of Financials to management along with Key
    Performance metrics.
    Developing trend analysis reports that monitored key performance indicators
    and compared them to internal and external benchmarks.

    Financial Research and Analysis:


    Carrying out financial research & analysis of financial statements and making
    ratio analysis for assessing the organic growth of the company. Projecting
    financials standing of the company on the basis of analysis of Balance sheet,
    Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements.
    Analysis Press Releases and Regulars like 10Ks, 10Qs & 8Qs and other regular

    Analyze Various GAAPs such as US GAAP, IFRS etc.. and report financial
    statements according to Country GAAP or Required GAAP.
    Paying attention to effects of Mergers and Acquisitions, Spin-off & Split factor
    on the Income statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Funds Flow & DCF
    adjusting them to show the comparable figures of the Income Statements to the
    clients.
    Research on financial history, growth rates, profitability analysis, financial
    forecast, position and valuation analysis provided by research analysts.
    Making a Report on the developments taking place in the Financial Research at
    S&P Capital IQ India and sending the same to S&P Capital IQ, New York like
    the policies framed and followed and unique features of the data.
    Preparing Daily reports and weekly reports and sending the same to New York
    team.
    Preparing responses to Clients data issues and New York queries on reports.
    Giving training to research assistants and interns on department policies,
    procedures, files and clarifying doubts of team members.
