Score Criteria
15 The cover letter of the portfolio shows that the student is very aware and have a lot of
idea to Oplan Tukhang. It shows students very good understanding and progress over a
period of time. And the cover letter is written with no grammatical and spelling errors.
10 The cover letter of the portfolio shows that the student is not very aware and have limited
idea to Oplan Tukhang. It shows students good understanding and progress over a period
of time. And the cover letter is written with minimal grammatical and spelling errors.
5 The cover letter of the portfolio shows that the student is not aware and have no idea to
Oplan Tukhang. It shows students poor understanding and progress over a period of
time. And the cover letter is written with maximum grammatical and spelling errors.
