    intestine
    Mostly found in shellfish, fruit and
    vegetables.
    The viruses can spread by infected
    people or contaminated food and
    water.

    Incubation period 12-48 hours.

    Symptoms: - A high temperature


    - A headache
    - Aching muscles in your arms and legs

    Prevention: - wash your hand with soap for 20 s


    -don't contact food directly
    -clean food equipment
    -cook food completely

    Treatments -take more rest.
